An assessment by Deloitte Consulting found that the Health-e-App application meets Conformance Level "A" of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0* and satisfies all Section 508 accessibility checkpoints.
In addition, based on Deloitte Consulting’s analysis and the documented self-assessment performed by its Web development team, Health-e-App satisfies many of the Priority 2 Checkpoints of the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0.
To ensure implementation of accessible Web design features, Deloitte Consulting conducted a series of Accessibility Checkpoint Audits at strategic points in the application development process using the Bobby v3.2 and JAWS Reader compliance tools. The last Accessibility Checkpoint Audit was conducted during the final application development phase in the week of September 24, 2001.
